Mystical Golf Courses

The Wizard, The Witch and Man O’ War, each of the Mystical Golf Courses has its own unique clubhouse, theme and look. The developer said he wants to create a magical experience for players, one where they want to return impressed by the layout of the courses, conditions and service. The courses and experiences meet those expectations and then some.

MAN O’WAR GOLF CLUB

Water is the inescapable element in this campaign — your constant companion as you travel from the first tee to the final battle at the 18th green. Never underestimate the lake at Man O’ War. It can change from all to enemy as its sparkling beauty also becomes a punishing hazard. However, Man O’ War is a uniquely fair playing field. Dan Maple’s own clever strategy of interweaving holes that call for different skills has created a course that rewards golfers of all proficiencies.

THE WITCH

This course was built on high ground sitting in the middle of wetlands and forest and requires over 4,000-feet of bridging to traverse. The 1st and 9th holes are truly islands, surrounded by wetlands. It features dynamic elevation changes, tight fairways, sand, waste and oyster shell bunkering, elevated tee boxes and greens, which are medium sized with moderate undulation.

It took the genius of renowned golf architect, Dan Maples, to create a course as incredible as the Witch. “There is probably no other course like it in the world” states Golf Magazine. This unique facility has over 4000 feet of bridges winding through this natural hazard with undisturbed wetlands, creating a magical experience and a truly enchanting golf course. This facility is one you will always remember and a “must play” for someone who is looking for a truly unique golfing experience.
